After receiving your parcel if you are not 100% happy with your purchase simply send it back and we will be more than happy to issue you a refund or exchange.
Please return the item as it was lovingly sent to you with all original packaging and accompanied by your proof of purchase within 14 days of invoice date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
Goods must be returned unworn and any items which have been damaged or mistreated through wear and tear cannot be refunded or replaced.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on any pierced jewellery item i.e Earrings, altered items or personalised items (engraved etc).
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed, if you request a refund it will be applied to the original card used to place your order.

We recommend when posting any items back to us to do so via recorded delivery/special delivery and to obtain a receipt for your records. You are responsible for returning the item back to us and also for the return postage cost.
